It was so much fun while it lasted - but we've headed indoors for the winter. We will be back outside in the Spring!!
Group Training
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
Come join us in a full sized gymnasium - lots of room to properly social distance!!
Each class is a mix of cardio and strength training to give you a great full body workout while having fun!!
You must be registered to join (and of course there is a bit of paperwork to keep you safe....)
Current schedule: Drop in Rates:
Monday & Thursday 5:30 pm Single session 15.00
Wednesday & Friday 7:00 am Bundle 2-9 sessions 14.00 each
Bundle 10 sessions+ 13.00 each
Do you have a group interested in another time of day - contact me!! I will be happy to add classes if there is demand to do so!!
