Hi! I'm Glenda Costa, a FIT CHICKS® Fitness & Nutrition Expert, helping people in their pursuit of wellness.
Whether you have a goal to lose weight, increase strength and lean muscle, improve athletic performance or all of the above, I understand the need for a balance of strength training, endurance, flexibility, nutrition and overall well-being to achieve your goals. I have an energetic and realistic approach, and am here to set you up with a personalized program to help you achieve your desired results. I have the passion and experience to meet you where you are in your journey and help you set your long- term goal, including short term wins to celebrate along the way.
I live by the philosophy that wellness is a lifelong journey and not a destination. So, once you near the big goal it is merely time to set a new one! My approach is challenging but simple and I will build a program built around your lifestyle not the other way around. My clients are getting results while having fun in a safe, motivating community of likeminded people.
When I'm not helping clients on their journeys to being the healthiest versions of themselves and feeling great, you can find me practicing what I preach (kinda addicted to all things wellness), playing with my fur babies, golfing (preferably in the Caribbean), planning a beach getaway or simply sharing laughs over wine and food with friends and family.
